Users review: Step aside, Kevin Sorbo, we have a new man for the role of Hercules and his name is Kellan Lutz. If you have no idea what Mr. Lutz, check out his performance in Twilight instalments.Anyway back to the legend of Hercules. As the name suggests, is the story of the origin, which sets the hero character. Despised by the father of King Amphitryon (Scott Adkins) from the day he was born, Hercules - son of Zeus and Alcmene Queen (Roxanne McKee) - go to war after he escapes with his true love, Princess Hebe (Gaia Weiss). King Amphitryon favor of his eldest son, Iphicles (Liam Garrigan); Unfortunately, he was not a warrior material not to mention the heart of the kingdom and the princess Hebe winning initiative. Ironically, h & amp; ecirc ;, Hercules survived the war and returned his love and his kingdom, to restore the wrath of King Amphitryon. The poster says the director of an exciting and Die Hard 2 - it's sad they forgot to add in the fact that both films have been more than twenty years ago, and Rennie Harlins directing career has long been sunk by a certain Cutthroat Island. Let's face it; The legend of Hercules is not going to stir Harlins status in Hollywood in the near future. While similar themed movies such as 300, Immortals and Clash of the Titans are better known for its visual aesthetics as a narrative, The Legend of Hercules succeeded on both accounts. Shot entirely in Eastern Europe for a cheaper and more taxes, Harlins movie looks like the appearance of their predecessors, and strip down to grain that era. But every set piece looks like a cheap knock-off, until the expansion of the CG - the case at the time of a serious looking fake puppeteer lion looks even worse than in the cable series Spartacus and Rome.Written at least four credited writers (one of them from the terrible Conan remake himself Harlin), it is such a shame that the so-called mythology-GE & amp; iuml; nspireerde story seems rather Ridley Scotts Gladiator more than anything - if you remember, Maximus, also betrayed and sold into slavery, but coming back for revenge. We did not realize that the legendary Greek hero Hercules actually venture in the same way that now.Unimaginative plot aside, the film suffers from an incredibly awkward modernized dialogue peppered with a variety of British and American accents and terrible delivery actors. Except Mackey and Adkins (surprising turns in a solid performance), most of the actors - especially Lutz - must report for advanced classes acting. Few disemboweling, limb and head cut off and the blood that you would normally expect from such a subject (an obvious attempt to lure younger audiences), The Legend of Hercules quickly resolved in a predictable yawn fest. Its little sad that a movie about a hero with incredible electricity tariffs without emotion and play as usual, a simple paint-by-numbers adventure. Compared to 1997, the animated Disney film, this is hardly worth the time.

Users review: I'm going to run the F word at the International Film Festival in Toronto, and I can say that a good time (I can say that Daniel Radcliffe is much shorter than what you do want.), I was not sure what story or type the film will be director Goon and FubaR, I probably did not expect a romantic comedy, but as it turns out it and I am very happy. This film tells the story of Wallace (Daniel Radcliffe) and Chantry (Zoe Kazan) who meet at parties, when Wallace finally get over be dropped over a year ago and return to the world. He soon discovers that the Chantry has a boyfriend, but they both decided to go on dates Theyll friends. Both character rather awkward and seems few friends outside Allan (Adam Driver) and Nicole (Mackenzie Davis). Their friends are best friends, but for some unknown reason they have never met before, probably due to Wallace became somewhat emotionally unstable and not very close to his apartment for a few months. The film is expected to be great, but still bring some new aspects. I really like Adam Driver and it plays more or less the same character she played on the girl, but it was nice to see it here. Characters attractive in its awkwardness and embarrassment, and you expect them to be together. Theyre also quite reliable. Wallace was in medical school, but dropped out (also because he got dumped honest, Wallace can not really handle removed) and is currently working on a kind of low-paid work, while the Chantry is the girl next door look and work in the animation studio pressure to make the promotion that she is not sure what she wants. This film is definitely cute, but also really funny sometimes. Im not a big fan of Daniel Radcliffe to start seeing it mandatory only in the Harry Potter series and women in black, but it is quite good and different. A little slow, but I can not say that the problem for me. Toronto features a lot of films and was there (this time, they are not pretending, New York) so well see what city. While not set release date, director of the film to come out around Valentine's Day so all the way If you are looking for an interesting comedy to watch, watch it. Way better than most movies to holiday and one that I believe that men and women will enjoy.
